Fullstack Engineer

Assignment description

We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer.

Qualifications

• You have at least 5 years of professional full-stack development experience and have owned features from design through production.
• You have strong experience with Vue.js, TypeScript, Python and FastAPI.
• You have hands-on experience building and operating applications in Azure, including containerised services, secure configuration and monitoring.
• You have experience with Databricks, including SQL-based transformations, data pipelines and integrations with application services.
• You have solid SQL skills and experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• You have experience designing secure REST APIs and implementing authentication and authorisation using OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
• You have experience with automated testing, CI/CD and troubleshooting production applications.

Meritorious

• You have experience with cloud migrations or incremental modernisation, and knowledge of GCP or BigQuery.
• You have experience with dbt, Dagster or similar tools for data transformation and orchestration.
• You have experience with Unity Catalog, Delta Sharing or similar data governance and sharing capabilities.
• You have experience with Terraform and GitHub Actions.
• You have experience with enterprise identity integrations.
• You have experience generating Excel exports with pandas and XlsxWriter.

Personal skills

You are collaborative, have sound engineering judgement and value clear, maintainable code.

The assignment follows a hybrid setup, so you need to be based within reasonable commuting distance of the assignment location.
