Project Manager

Assignment description

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional product development projects in a global and fast-evolving organisation.

In this role, you will drive the development of unique business value based on a modular product system and work closely with R&D and other key functions. You will lead projects that strengthen premium product offerings, manage new interfaces across the organisation and ensure alignment between business, technology and sustainability.

You will work with stakeholders across Marketing, Production, R&D, Procurement, Logistics and Aftermarket, balancing different perspectives and priorities to drive projects forward. The role includes proactive risk and opportunity management, as well as responsibility for delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
