Assignment Description
We are seeking a Requirements & Delivery Manager SAP FI.
You will independently propose improvements to accounting processes and existing functionality, define new requirements and support the further development of SAP FI solutions. The scope covers invoicing, customer status updates, dunning and debt collection, as well as integrating internal and external service providers and connecting clients through technical interfaces.
You will assess business and technical needs across internal and external user groups, translating them into structured requirements ready for implementation. Your work includes creating and maintaining epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications that support scalability and reuse. You will recommend backlog priorities based on value, relevance and feasibility.
To support implementation by internal or external development teams, you will produce requirements concepts, decision documents and delivery roadmaps. You will coordinate interface topics with stakeholders, track dependencies and unresolved issues, and check deliverables for consistency, completeness and feasibility, including time, effort and cost. Results, recommendations and pending decisions will be documented for handover into existing delivery processes.
Required Qualifications:
- At least three years of experience in technical product development, requirements engineering, business analysis or delivery management.
- Solid experience structuring requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and specifications.
- Good technical understanding and the ability to translate business needs into technical implementation.
- English proficiency at C1 level.
It is considered an advantage if you have experience in accounts receivable, accounting processes, receivables management or dunning. Experience in an SAP FI context is preferred, and German language skills are a strong advantage.
