Senior Integration Developer

Assignment description

We are looking for a Senior Integration Developer to design, develop and further enhance a microservice that connects a customer engagement platform with an external AI service.

The microservice will run in a Kubernetes-based cloud environment and handle real-time communication, routing and API-based integration between platforms. In this role, you will work hands-on with development, testing and deployment, with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, security and low-latency performance.

You will also work with event streaming, authentication and authorization, observability and operational documentation, in close collaboration with architects and platform engineers.

Qualifications

• You have a relevant academic degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• You have strong experience developing microservices in Java, Node.js, Python or similar technologies.
• You have hands-on experience deploying applications in Kubernetes environments.
• You have experience with AWS services and cloud-based application deployment.
• You have experience with event-driven architectures and real-time APIs, such as WebSocket, streaming or gRPC.
• You have good understanding of cloud security, data protection and compliance.
• You have experience using AI tools or services as part of your software development work.

Meritorious

• You have experience with Azure-hosted AI services and APIs.
• You have experience with EKS, Helm, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM or similar technologies.
• You have experience with CI/CD pipelines for Kubernetes-based applications.

You are solution-oriented, collaborative and comfortable working closely with other developers, including pair programming. You approach technical challenges creatively and have a growth-oriented mindset.
