We are looking for an experienced Test Lead to support a large-scale IT program and take overall responsibility for testing activities throughout the full project lifecycle.

In this role, you will define and drive the overall test strategy and test plan, working closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, agile team leads and other internal and external parties. You will define scope, objectives, deliverables, test data and environment needs and ensure that the teams have the right prerequisites for successful testing.

You will oversee test execution, follow up on progress, defects and key quality metrics, and ensure that testing activities are completed according to plan. The role also includes identifying testing-related risks, defining mitigation actions and communicating status, issues and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

A key part of the assignment is to create alignment between QA, business and delivery teams, ensuring that testing supports both technical requirements and business objectives. App Test Engineer

Assignment Description

We are seeking an App Test Engineer for an assignment requiring full on-site presence. You have strong observational, analytical and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and clarify expected behaviour. You work collaboratively and pragmatically, are comfortable testing incomplete feature increments and adapt as implementation details change.

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience building, maintaining and troubleshooting mobile test automation using Appium and pytest, including writing clear, reusable Python test code.
  • Understanding of mobile testing considerations, including device and OS differences, permissions, connectivity, interruptions, navigation and app state.
  • Hands-on experience manually testing mobile apps in agile product development, with strong exploratory testing skills, including learning, designing tests and assessing behaviour as features evolve.
  • Ability to interpret backlog tickets, acceptance criteria, user flows, designs and technical dependencies, with good judgement in determining test coverage based on risk, scope of change, customer impact and feature maturity.
  • Experience identifying, documenting, communicating and following up on defects with software engineers.

Senior test developer

We are looking for a Senior Test Developer to join a team responsible for maintaining, developing and continuously improving an automated regression test environment for embedded software.

In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring the stability and reliability of the test infrastructure. A key focus is investigating failing, unstable and intermittent tests, identifying root causes and determining whether issues originate in the test implementation, test environment or software under test.

You will develop and maintain automated tests in Python, analyze logs and test results and continuously improve test robustness to reduce false and intermittent failures. The role also includes maintaining and enhancing test frameworks and supporting tools, as well as integrating automated regression testing into CI/CD pipelines.

You will work closely with developers and testers when investigating and resolving defects and contribute to continuous improvements of test processes, tools and infrastructure.

Test Developer

We are looking for a Test Developer to join a team working with software testing for advanced powertrain solutions.

The assignment focuses on testing new software functionality throughout the development process, from requirement analysis and test design to test execution in HIL and bench environments. You will work closely with function developers to ensure high software quality and reliable system behavior.

In this role, you will analyze requirements, develop test cases and test scripts, and perform low-level software testing. You will also plan and coordinate test activities within agile sprints and contribute to continuous improvements in the testing process.

The work is carried out in an agile environment according to the SAFe framework and involves close collaboration across development and testing functions.

 Qualifications:

  • You have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or another relevant field.
  • You have experience with software testing and/or test development.
  • You can analyze requirements and translate them into test cases and test scripts.
  • You have knowledge relevant to HIL and bench-based software testing.
  • You are comfortable collaborating closely with function developers and other technical stakeholders.
