Assignment Description

Our client is looking for an Administrator that will be part of their support team in Barsebäck. In the role as administrator you will be part of the company functions which supports the organization with communication, IT, documentation, HR, and so on. Your role as administrator is to give administrative support to the CEO, leadership team and organization.

What you’ll do:

  • Planning, coordination and execution of internal and external meeting and activities, some times with short notice
  • Write presentation material, protocols etc.
  • Procurement support (in SAP, purchase orders, goods receipt e.tc.)
  • Invoice handling (in SAP)
  • Be the company’s contact person against Unipers administrative functions such as HR, IT, procurement and shared services
  • Organize material for board meetings as well as physical planning of meetings with food, coffee, rooms etc.
  • Handle consultant hours registration
  • Help with onboarding of new colleagues and consultants
  • Be responsible for guests and assist with access

Note that the company is part of Swedish critical infrastructure, and therefore a security clearance and drug tests will be performed before assignment.

Qualifications:

  • Lowest high school degree, but preferrable university degree within finance or administration
  • Experience with SAP requisition to pay process is required
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
