Assignment Description

Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a Business Analyst with HR experience.

What You’ll Do:

This role involves contributing to the development of system support for HR processes at the core of the organization. You will primarily collaborate with stakeholders within HR and Digital, while also engaging in projects spanning the entire organization. Daily responsibilities will include participating in requirement and solution discussions, as well as coordinating initiatives both within and outside your immediate scope. To succeed in this position, you must be proficient in independently analyzing requirements and testing solutions, necessitating a strong familiarity with navigating complex systems.


  • Solid knowledge and experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central.

While certification in Employee Central is desirable, substantial experience as a super user or in a similar role is also acceptable.

Desirable skills:

  • Skills and experience in information models and end-to-end process mapping, including user journeys and UX.
  • Previous involvement in projects or product contexts involving the implementation and enhancement of digital solutions, demonstrating the ability to translate business needs into process and configuration solutions.
  • Proficiency in applying business analysis within an agile framework, including the ability to articulate epics, features, and stories effectively.
  • Strong facilitation skills.

You would be the ideal candidate if you also:

  • Have experience with other SuccessFactors modules.
  • Possess experience in project management or coordination.
  • Have experience in the Human Resources business domain.
  • Hold relevant certifications in the business analysis area, such as BABOK or Six Sigma.
