Assignment Description

Our client is looking for a Backend Developer to a cloud native solution in Stockholm.

This solution is a cloud-based application – Operational Data Store – which stores bookings and flight related data. The solutions expose Rest APIs and sends event to clients.

You will be part of a small DevOps team that works in cross functional and agile way, focusing on fast delivery, quick iterations, and collaboration. The team designs, develops, and test the application/services in our client’s Azure cloud environment along managing the infrastructure.

Required competencies:

• Node.js
• REST & JSON
• XML
• Cloud platform experience (preferably Azure), specifically using resources like:
  – Queues
  – Blob Storage
  – Container/Kubernetes services (like AKS or EKS)
  – Messaging services
  – ”Serverless” functions
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC frameworks like: Pulumi, Terraform)
• Docker
• Document/NoSQL Databases (Cosmos)
• I/CD pipelines.

Good to have:

• TypeScript
• Event driven architecture
• Unit tests and test-driven development
• Shell script
• Azure API Management.
