Assignment Description

Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking PMO Coordinator. As a PMO Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the effective delivery of projects and initiatives across their organization. You will be responsible for coordinating project activities, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk registers.
  • Support project managers in identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and performance against established metrics and targets.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of PMO processes and standards.
  • Provide administrative support to the PMO team as needed.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
  • Previous experience in project coordination or project management office roles preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
