Assignment description

Our customer is looking for a senior UX-writer where the responsibilities will be to:

• Participate in the development and write new names, texts, and help texts in the mfes/(functionalities).
• Review the designations, texts and help texts that have already been written.
• Sync texts between the different functionalities to ensure that we express ourselves consistently everywhere.
• Work with both Swedish and English in the above-mentioned texts.
• In the above-mentioned activities, collaborate with ux designers and product-, requirement and business- specialists to ensure that there will be a good and easy-to-understand customer experience with correct and valid information.
• Be the driving force in all the points mentioned above and make sure everything gets done.
• Be the driving force in the domain’s text decision forum to ensure that decisions about texts have been made with the right relevant bodies.
• All of the above in our customer channels at the company and in the app, for private customers.
• To the extent possible, also synchronize this with what is done for our internal channels.

Requirements:

• Good collaboration skills with designers, other ux writers, copywriters, developers, business managers, developers and others for consistent writing and design.
• Good at UX writing. Formulate clear, helpful, guiding, and useful texts that are search optimized and accessible.
• Able to communicate and work in a bilingual environment, in English and Swedish.
• Knowledgeable in the field of payments not only as a private customer but also for companies.
• Able to drive the text work and create decisions in an organization with many stakeholders.
• Good cooperation skills.
• High ability to explain text proposals to various stakeholders
• Nice and kind, encouraging. Willing to give and take feedback both on what has been produced and on way of working.

Language:
Excellent language skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
