Description:

Plan and coordinate development of technical information for both customers and engineers. Valid for products Medtech.

Preferable experience:

• Experience of writing technical information
• Working in XML based Content Management Systems, Ixiasoft is a bonus
• Experience in Medtech
• Writing in Simplified Technical English
• Participation in product development projects/programs

Responsibilities:

• Participate in cross functional product development and improvement projects/programs.
• Set up documentation plans (create plans and implement in projects/programs).
• Create technical information as XML topics in the Content Management System Ixiasoft (together with R&D, product managers, quality/regulatory functions, service engineers, etc.)
• Create complete manuals for customers and engineers (put together topics, perform review cycle and release).
• Contribute to process improvements to assure that we have the most effective way of working with Technical documentation.
• Be aware of and take into consideration developments within the field, including new and changed applicable standards.

Educational background and knowledge:

• Master or Bachelor of Science degree

Skills required for the role:

• Natural communicator and team player
• Good computer skills (Windows and desktop applications)
• Excellence in technical English; and preferably additional languages
