Upgraded acts as a link between clients and consultants. Consultants register on Upgraded.se and can search for published assignments on our website. We help both service providers and consultants to find their next assignments, and we help our clients to find the right resources to meet their consultancy needs.

To gain access to our assignments, you can sign up for our partner newsletters. Once you’ve found an assignment that matches your profile, you can apply via our website. You can also send an expression of interest or your CV to info@upgraded.se, outlining your skills, experience and availability. If you are matched with an assignment, you will be put in touch with a recruitment consultant who will act as your point of contact throughout the process.

As one of Sweden’s leading consultancy recruitment agencies, we offer assignments primarily in IT, but we also arrange assignments in engineering, management and the service sector. Our assignments vary in scope and duration depending on our clients’ needs, and we arrange hybrid, remote and on-site assignments. By carefully reading through our project briefs and call-offs, you will see what requirements are placed on you or your team. It is important that your experience and expertise match the area in question. In some cases, you will need to provide references from previous assignments in order to be approved.

As a consultant, you will invoice Upgraded. Before you sign a contract, you and the recruitment agency will agree on your fee.

At Upgraded, the matching process is usually quick, sometimes taking just a few hours. As we work with both the public and private sectors, the requirements differ. The private sector tends to fill roles on an ongoing basis, whilst the public sector often has fixed dates for call-offs.

To work with Upgraded, you must have your own business, either a sole trader or a limited company. We do not employ any consultants ourselves. If you have recently set up your own business, we can guide you through the process. All our assignments are published on our website, which means you can plan ahead whilst you’re setting up your business.

Upgraded assesses several factors when matching consultants, such as skills, experience, references and personal qualities. We also ensure that the consultant meets the client’s specific requirements.
