How does the interview process work?
The selection of candidates can be carried out by us, the client or jointly, depending on the assignment and working methods. We always tailor the process to ensure an effective selection.
How are contracts and the start-up process handled?
We aim to make the process as smooth as possible. Contracts are handled entirely electronically using secure methods. You sign the contract directly with us, and we manage the contractual relationship with the client. We then guide you through a structured onboarding process so that you can get started on your assignment quickly.
Can assignments be extended or amended?
Yes, assignments can be extended or adjusted as they progress. We carry out ongoing reviews to manage changes quickly and smoothly and ensure continuity.
How is the assignment monitored?
Projects are monitored on an ongoing basis through dialogue with both the client and the consultant. In this way, we ensure that quality and delivery meet the expectations of both parties.
