3. OUR PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Legal basis: Consent. For processing where we have requested your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing at any time with future effect. By clicking on the link provided in the email or on the website where consent is used as a legal basis, you can easily withdraw your consent. You can also make a request to info@upgraded.se to withdraw your consent.
2. Upgraded People AB does not process your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Your personal data and CV will only be stored for as long as there is a need to retain the data to fulfil the purposes for which the data was collected in accordance with this information. When we process your personal data based on a balancing of interests in accordance with point 3.1, we will process the data for 12 months after you have stopped using our services.
5. TO WHOM DO WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL DATA?
Upgraded People AB may disclose your personal data to third parties, companies that provide service and support services related to Upgraded People’s operations for use by the recipient to fulfill the purposes of the processing of personal data set out in section 3.1.
6. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES
Upgraded People AB will not transfer your personal data to any country outside the EU/EEA.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
- Upgraded People AB is responsible, as the data controller, for ensuring that your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law.
- Upgraded People AB will, at your request or on its own initiative, correct, de-identify, delete or supplement information that proves to be incorrect, incomplete or misleading.
- You have the right to request from Upgraded People AB access to and correction or deletion of your personal data (for example, if such deletion is required by applicable law), to request restriction of further processing of your personal data and the right to object to the processing (for example, if you question whether the personal data is accurate or whether the processing is lawful). Upgraded People AB will inform each recipient to whom the personal data has been disclosed in accordance with point 5 above of any corrections or erasure of data and restriction of processing of data that occur in accordance with this point 7.
- You have the right to data portability, i.e. the right to receive and transmit your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format to another data controller under certain conditions.
- If you do not want Upgraded People AB to process your personal data for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to notify Upgraded of this in writing at any time. Once Upgraded People AB has received your notification, we will stop processing the personal data for this marketing purpose.
- You have the right to receive a register extract from Upgraded People AB free of charge once per calendar year through a written and signed application about which personal data are registered about you, the purposes of the processing and to which recipients the data have been or will be disclosed. You also have the right to receive information in the register extract about where the data has been obtained if the personal data has not been collected from you, the existence of automated decision-making (including profiling) and the expected period during which the data will be stored or the criteria used to determine this period. You also have the right to receive information about your other rights under this point 7 in the register extract.
- If your request is unfounded or unreasonable, we have the right to charge a reasonable processing fee or refuse to comply with your request.
- You have the right to make any complaints regarding Upgraded People AB’s processing of your personal data. If you wish to register a complaint or if you feel that we have not addressed your concerns satisfactorily, you can contact the Swedish Data Protection Authority (IMY).

8. PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
You should always feel safe when you provide us with your personal information. Upgraded People AB has therefore taken the necessary security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, modification and deletion. We use the latest technology to prevent data breaches and further dissemination.
9. CHANGES TO THIS INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Upgraded People AB has the right to change this information at any time. The company will notify you with reasonable notice of changes to the information. If you do not accept the changed terms, you have the right to terminate the agreement with Upgraded People AB before the changed information comes into effect.
