Assignment Description

We are looking for a Test Lead.

You will be responsible for implementing the client’s test strategy and planning for Lumera system deliveries and integrations. You will manage and lead testing efforts, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.

You will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and prioritizing issues to ensure timely resolution and maintain quality in delivery. A key part is overseeing test environment configurations and managing test data to enable seamless testing processes. You will serve as the main point of contact for testing, ensuring alignment with development teams, project managers, and business stakeholders. Furthermore, you will analyze testing processes and outcomes to identify improvement and enhance both efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• You should have proven experience as a Test Lead, Test Manager, or in a similar role, particularly within system delivery and integration projects.
• You have solid understanding of test methodologies, tools, and frameworks, including both manual and automated testing approaches.
• You have strong skills in defect tracking, test case management, and test reporting, with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and convey testing insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

It is meritorious if you are familiar with Lumera Core or similar insurance administration systems, and experience in managing and coordinating test environments and data preparation.
