Assignment Description

We are looking for a Process safety and Investigation Engineer.

You will join an organization that supports projects and activities requiring new or modified process equipment or work processes. The expertise lies in chemical processes and chemical engineering, including process safety and installation in ATEX environments. The team consists of experienced engineers who sometimes require resources to conduct investigations within the existing installations, primarily during the pre-study phase, to gather data for informed, data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will carry out necessary investigations and report your findings, which will serve as a basis for further decisions and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • You must have an engineering degree. Preferably: M.Sc. Chemical, M.Sc. Electrical, M.Sc. Mechanical Engineering
  • You must have experience from Chemical Process industry with ATEX and flammable liquids/solvents.
  • You must have experience within Process Safety, ATEX EHS (Environment, Health Safety).
  • It is meritorious to have experience within CAD, 3D modelling. SMART P&ID’s, Sitebase. But you must be able to read CAD.
  • You are fluent in Swedish and English.
  • You are structured, Thorough and a Good communicator.
  • You are skilled in collecting information from People, technical documents, drawings, P&ID’s functional specifications, regulatory documents and standards.
