We are looking for a Project Manager Engine Assembly.
The project includes:
- Install a dedicated electrical cabinet with padlock-secured isolation, similar to the ones used in robot cells. Additionally, upgrade the current HMI and PLC systems to display the real-time status of the RGV track.
- Invest in infrastructure and tools that enable safe, efficient, and high-quality maintenance of the RGVs directly on the service track, without affecting the overall production flow.
- Install an automatic lubrication system integrated with the PLC control system for both the cylinder head and piston/conrod pre-assembly lines.
- This will allow for automated, scheduled lubrication, reducing manual labor, minimizing downtime, and improving overall equipment reliability.
Qualifications:
- You have a solid background in project management, specifically within technical installations and automation.
- You have the ability to apply the PEIP project process across all phases of the installation—from planning to completion.
- You can plan and execute the prestudy and installation activities, ensuring coordination with all necessary resources and stakeholders.
- You can identify, document, and resolve deviations during the installation phase to ensure a high-quality, operationally excellent outcome.
- You are fluent in Swedish.
- It is meritorious if you have experience of projects/Installations following the PIEP process
