Assignment description

We are looking for a Project Coordinator.

In this position you will play a key role in aligning product development activities. Your time will be divided between coordinating cross-brand activities and leading the digital implementation of a data processing tool for vehicle cost analysis.

Tasks:

  • Coordinate prototype deliveries and manage change control activities for internal customers.
  • Ensure delivery and maintenance of comprehensive technical documentation, with full transparency on ongoing and upcoming changes.
  • Lead the Change Control Board (CCB), shares updated drawings and 3D models within the common KS structure.
  • Keep partner brands continuously updated on the latest technical developments.
  • Support Product Manager in communicating technical changes effectively and improving how updates are shared across brands.
  • Collaborate closely with the Assistant Chief Engineer to ensure product alignment with customer expectations.
  • Coordinate the introduction of new products at other brands, ensuring cross-brand readiness and smooth implementation.
  • Monitor progress and ensure that product deliveries meet the appropriate maturity levels across all receiving brands.
  • Identify and resolve system support gaps, especially where new collaborative setups are required.

Lead the implementation of a digital data processing tool for vehicle cost analysis, including:

  • Taking full ownership of the project delivery from planning to execution
  • Gathering and prioritizing requirements from internal stakeholders
  • Collaborating closely with the Cost Council and senior management to ensure governance and strategic alignment
  • Developing and managing a detailed implementation roadmap
  • Ensuring successful integration with existing systems and work processes.

Qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • If you have experience from the automotive industry or a leadership background, combined with strong organizational and coordination skills it is beneficial.
  • You are Capable of expressing well, both verbally and in writing, in Swedish and English.
  • It is meritorious if you have skills in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Excel VBA, and Siemens Cost Management.
