Assignment description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Vehicle Coordinator.

The role involves planning and coordinating modifications of test and development vehicles. It also includes managing vehicle campaigns, with responsibility for follow-up and documentation. A key part of the position is preparing and organizing vehicles for climate testing. You serve as a link between internal teams and external partners such as engineers and test drivers. Ensuring that vehicles are in the correct configuration and available on time for planned activities is also essential.

Qualifications:

• You have experience in similar coordination roles within the automotive industry.
• You have strong technical understanding of vehicles and vehicle systems.
• You have the ability to plan and structure work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of cross-functional teamwork.
• You have a valid driver’s license (B).
• You are capable of expressing well, both verbally and in writing, in Swedish and English.
• It is meritorious if you have experience with climate testing or working in project-based development/test environments
• Driver’s license C-category is a plus.
