Assignment description

We are looking for a Test Manager.

In this role, you will oversee the entire testing lifecycle of the ERP project—from strategic planning to execution and defect management. You will also develop a testing framework designed to support ongoing operational needs beyond the project’s completion.

Tasks:

• Oversee all test phases: Unit, Integration, System, UAT, Regression.
• Set up test environments, tools, and data.
• Coordinate testing across ERP, integrations, and surrounding systems.
• Manage defects, track progress, and report to project leadership.
• Ensure full traceability from requirements to test results.
• Lead workshops and align with key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• You have 10+ years in test management for complex IT/ERP projects.
• You have experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
• You have strong knowledge of integration testing and system landscapes.
• You have experience with test tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, or TestRail.
• You are structured, proactive, and skilled in stakeholder communication.
