Assignment Description

We are seeking a skilled Data & Analytics Product Manager to support the ongoing transformation and development of data-driven capabilities.

The role involves setting and maintaining the strategic direction and roadmap within the Data & Analytics Delivery area, aligning with overall business objectives. You will regularly communicate plans and priorities to development teams, stakeholders, and partners. A central aspect of the work includes managing and refining backlogs, ensuring alignment with program goals, and safeguarding the delivery of complete and functional solutions. The position requires collaboration with architecture and development teams to understand and accommodate technical enablers, as well as defining delivery cycles and participating in established agile governance forums such as planning sessions, product demos, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience in IT delivery and vendor management
• Background in data and analytics or related areas
• At least three years of hands-on experience in data architecture, including the design and implementation of large-scale data solutions
• A minimum of five years of experience in the financial services industry
