Assignment Description
We are looking for a Process Designer with a focus on transition and change support. In this role, you will help guide a market or organization through ongoing transformation efforts. You will support local teams as they manage their own change journeys, providing structure, alignment, and clarity along the way. The assignment can be carried out either in Malmö, Sweden or in the Netherlands.
You will work closely with business stakeholders to design and document processes at level 4 and 5, ensuring alignment with established governance frameworks and process standards. This includes creating clear, structured documentation that is easy to understand and useful for both users and business teams. As part of the role, you will identify interdependencies across related processes (levels 3 to 5) and ensure that handovers and responsibilities are well defined. You will also collaborate with Process and Product Leaders to maintain a consistent and effective process design throughout the organization. In addition, you will monitor and follow up on development activities that impact business processes within the digital product landscape.
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to create clarity and build shared understanding
- Skilled at translating business needs into structured and actionable process documentation
- Strong analytical skills – able to break down complex problems and present them in a simple, understandable way
- Confident in listening, questioning assumptions, and refining process designs to ensure accurate documentation
It is considered meritorious if you have strong knowledge of process mapping methodologies. It is also an advantage if you have worked with process design and documentation in a complex or international business setting. In addition, it is valued if you can communicate clearly and turn conceptual discussions into well-structured and practical process documentation.
