Assignment Description

We are looking for a Software Engineer with a strong interest in sensor technology and image processing. In this position, you will be part of a collaborative and multidisciplinary team driving the development of intelligent systems that integrate visual sensors, real-time data processing, and advanced embedded solutions. The role combines elements of hardware, software, and optics, and is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of these domains. This position requires on-site presence four to five days per week.

Required Qualifications

With experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Practical knowledge of camera-based sensor systems, including exposure to technologies such as Lidar or event-driven imaging
• Design and development of optical configurations tailored for sensor or imaging platforms
• Hardware development for embedded systems, particularly within automotive applications or comparable technical domains
• Low-level software development using languages like C, C++ or Python, with a focus on embedded environments

It is considered meriting but highly valued if you have previous experience in image analysis, image processing, or computer vision using tools such as OpenCV. Familiarity with cross-functional product development environments is also appreciated. Moreover, knowledge of tools such as Git, JIRA, Confluence, and Linux-based systems will be beneficial. Hands-on skills in test automation, troubleshooting, and data analysis within complex system environments are also seen as valuable.
