Assignment Description
We are seeking a UX Designer to lead improvements in the Profile Pages domain. You will manage the full design process from discovery and concept creation through to delivery, producing user-centred solutions supported by research and testing. The position requires close collaboration with product managers, analysts, and developers, applying behavioural data and experimental results to refine solutions. You will ensure consistent visual and interaction design aligned with brand and design standards, follow established frameworks and accessibility guidelines within the Microsoft D365 ecosystem, and support team operations when required.
Main Responsibilities
You will design intuitive experiences for profile-related features, transform research findings into actionable improvements, take part in workshops and ideation sessions with stakeholders, prepare design assets ready for development, and iterate based on feedback and testing. You will also contribute to agile ceremonies and testing activities to support efficient delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of inclusive and accessible design principles
- Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
- Demonstrated expertise in UX/UI design for both web and mobile platforms
- Effective communication skills and proven ability to collaborate across disciplines
It is considered an advantage if you have demonstrated success in delivering end-to-end UX/UI projects, strong skills in creating wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity visuals, the ability to simplify complex requirements into clear user flows, experience using data and experimentation results to inform design decisions, and familiarity with the Microsoft D365 ecosystem.
