Assignment Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst for a role that requires primarily on-site presence. The position focuses on understanding business needs, shaping digital tools, and ensuring that processes and systems work seamlessly to support long-term operational improvements.

Main Responsibilities

The role includes gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing processes, and translating business objectives into user stories with clear acceptance criteria. You will map workflows, identify inefficiencies, propose optimizations, and maintain end-to-end documentation. Acting as a link between stakeholders, product owners, and development teams, you will lead workshops, run requirement sessions, and present product functionality.

You are expected to use data and feedback to assess feature performance, refine requirements, suggest improvements, and support the definition of KPIs and metrics. Working in an Agile environment, you will participate in ceremonies, support backlog prioritization, and ensure alignment with business strategy. The role also covers analyzing integration needs, contributing to design, overseeing testing and validation, as well as creating and executing test cases to confirm functionality, reliability, and quality.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven skills in capturing requirements, mapping processes, and performing data analysis
• Background as a Business Analyst, preferably in retail, supply chain, or sustainability
• Solid understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications

It is considered meritorious if you have prior operational experience in similar contexts, as well as a development background in D365 F&O.
