We are looking for an AI Development Engineer with focus on smart pipelines for semantic audio and video. In this role, you will design workflows that apply AI for media analysis and transformation, ensuring that solutions are efficient, scalable, and secure. The position requires being on-site three to four days per week.

You will build and improve pipelines that process audio and video data, integrate AI into existing systems, and contribute to tools that support reliable use of AI. Staying updated on new technologies and addressing legal and privacy aspects will also be part of the work.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficient in English with strong communication abilities
• Practical experience working with Python, Linux, SQL, REST-based services, and modern web frameworks such as React/TypeScript
• Good grasp of data privacy and intellectual property considerations in AI solutions
• Background in software engineering combined with knowledge of artificial intelligence
• Understanding of AI pipeline development, including prompt engineering and methods like RAG/CAG and context handling

It is considered meritorious if you have worked with local LLMs, LLM APIs, MCP, embedded systems, or on-premises infrastructure.
