Are you an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM)? If so, are you then ready to take on a pivotal role in steering an ambitious IIAM program within the financial sector?

Our customer is seeking a Senior Project Manager for their Internal Identity and Access Management (IIAM) team. Join them and be the catalyst in transforming the way they safeguard their digital assets.
They will expect that you have between 9-12 years of experience within the field.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Lead and coordinate the efforts of the company’s internal IIAM teams in an ongoing program to enhance SEB:s identity and access management capabilities
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones effectively to ensure the program’s success
• Maintain a firm grasp on the regulatory demands within the Identity and Access Management area, ensuring compliance and alignment with financial sector standards
• Keep abreast of the current technological landscape for Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Utilize your understanding of cloud and SaaS-based identity and access management solutions to guide the program’s direction
• Employ agile program management methodologies to ensure timely and efficient delivery of program objectives
• Communicate progress and status updates through regular governance and stakeholders meetings, ensuring transparency and stakeholder alignment
• Solve complex problems, analyze program deliverables, and effectively prioritize based on program goals
• Collaborate with remote teams and external partners to ensure cohesive and efficient program execution
• Uphold excellence in verbal, written, and interpersonal communication

You will need these technical and personal competences:

• Proven experience managing projects within the Identity and Access Management area
• Experience working in the Financial sector, with a good understanding of the specific requirements and regulations
• Proficiency in agile program management methodologies
• Solid understanding of cloud and SaaS-based identity and access management solutions
• Experience working with remote teams and external partners in a collaborative environment
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and effectively prioritize program deliverables
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
