Assignment Description

We are seeking a Product Specialist Electronics to take responsibility for resolving both hardware and software issues in customer vehicles. The role includes developing temporary solutions to quickly support users and serving as the main link between the market, end customers, and design functions. The work is primarily carried out through analysis and support tools at the office, combined with international travel to investigate and resolve issues on site.

Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent practical expertise, combined with at least five years of industry experience
  • Proven background in ESW, diagnostic engineering, system design, and testing of heavy-duty vehicles
  • Familiarity with T1/T2/TEA2/TEA2+/T3 as well as safety features, body systems, tachographs, SEM, camera solutions, and instrument clusters
  • Proficient in tools such as KOLA, Impact, VDA, SW Configurator, Tech Tool, and CANalyzer
  • Strong analytical mindset, creativity, problem-solving drive, and ability to build networks
  • Valid C/CE driving license
