Assignment Description

We are seeking a Lead Functional Architect. The role focuses on leading the coordination and oversight of the functional aspects of EE and software systems in close collaboration with various stakeholders. It involves driving both technical development and continuous improvements in working methods, while also supporting additional tasks within the EE architecture domain. A key part of the role is to structure and manage functional content, translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements, and contribute to both technical and architectural roadmaps. Success requires a strong systems perspective, the ability to detect and resolve gaps or contradictions, and a collaborative mindset combined with a holistic approach to deliver tangible improvements and results.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or a comparable field
• Significant hands-on experience in EE and software-related product development, combined with leadership and strategic responsibilities
• Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written
