Assignment Description

We are seeking an SAP S/4HANA HCM Expert to strengthen the Project West PX Global Workstream with an additional resource to meet the demands of the project. Currently, we have two such resources assigned to the workstream: one internal and one external from SAP. We are very satisfied with the external SAP consultant and would like to engage a similar profile.

Main Responsibilities

Work with the team on deploy-related tasks for Project West, including both logical and physical separation activities. This includes BIB-related configuration, S/4HANA HCM baseline configuration, running the SF-to-S/4 replication via BIB, working on the Business Partner/Employee-as-Customer process and its related S/4 configuration (as well as internal integrations), and troubleshooting potential integration issues.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has several years of experience with SAP S/4HANA HCM, preferably from deployment projects, and is skilled in configuring and troubleshooting SAP SuccessFactors to SAP S/4HANA replication, including knowledge of the BIB add-on. Knowledge of Employee Central (EC), the master data module within SAP SuccessFactors, is also preferred, as it greatly assists in resolving integration issues.
