Assignment description

We are looking for a Product Owner.

The role is execution-heavy with a focus on delivery and implementation.

We’re looking for someone with solid experience from large, complex organizations and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with offshore teams. Since the client works closely with a team in India, you should be comfortable operating in international and distributed environments.

Experience & Competence

• You have proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within agile projects.
• You have a background from large and complex environments, preferably with global collaboration.
• You have expertise in backlog management, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• You have strong knowledge of Agile methods and sprint processes.
• You have hands-on experience with Confluence and Figma.
• You have the ability to work closely with UX designers.
• You have excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• You are comfortable with frequent meetings and close collaboration with offshore teams.
• You have the ability to follow up and ask precise questions to stakeholders to ensure progress.
• You are structured, reliable, and quick to get up to speed in new domains.
• You are confident in raising issues and providing clear input.
• You are skilled at building trust and developing effective relationships within large, international teams.
