We are looking for a Scrum Master.
You will be part of the team driving Product Communication within the SWS ecosystem – ensuring service technicians get the right information for diagnosing and maintaining vehicles. The work spans data flows, interfaces, and services that tie together vehicle systems, repair instructions, and workshop tools into a seamless experience.
As the domain evolves, you’ll help focus its scope, guide structural changes, and support the team through transition – strengthening collaboration and keeping motivation high along the way.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and continuously improve all Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
- Coach and mentor the team in agile principles, ensuring an environment of trust, openness, and continuous learning.
- Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement, prioritization, and delivery flow.
- Actively contribute to defining and establishing the core Product Communication domain together with management, architects, and other teams.
- Identify and remove impediments, strengthen cross-team collaboration, and ensure value delivery.
- Create the conditions for every team member to perform at their full potential — balancing delivery, learning, and well-being.
We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support the Product Communication team within the SWS ecosystem. You combine structure and delivery focus with empathy and facilitation skills, helping the team grow and stay motivated through change. Passionate about agile ways of working, you build high-performing, self-organizing teams.
Qualifications:
- You have a University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Additional education in agile leadership, facilitation, or coaching is beneficial.
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written — all team communication and documentation are in English. Swedish is a bonus.
Meriting:
- You have experience within automotive, aftermarket, or workshop information systems.
- You are familiar with large R&D organizations.
- You have an understanding of product lifecycle, quality focus, and fact-based decision making.
- You have experience with SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
- You have the ability to support continuous improvement, retrospectives, and value stream thinking.
- You have hands-on experience with Jira.
- You are a Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly meriting
- You have proven experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development context.
- You have experience leading cross-functional agile teams with developers, testers, and product owners.
- You have strong skills in facilitation, conflict resolution, and team dynamics.
- You have solid understanding of development teams — their challenges, needs, and dynamics in delivering high-quality software.
- You have an understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-based systems (AWS preferred).
You are pedagogical and pragmatic, able to make the complex simple. With a people-centric approach, you build trust and foster psychological safety. You have a progressive mindset that challenges old patterns and drives innovation. Structured, reliable, and self-driven, you collaborate effectively with others to achieve results.
