Assignment description

We are looking for a Software Developer.

The team is responsible for developing the sensor platform that enables autonomous driving, using technologies such as radar, lidar, and cameras. They work in an agile environment (SAFe) and collaborate closely across the entire autonomous stack. The team combines software and sensor expertise and values diversity, inclusion, and an open culture where ideas and innovation thrive.

In this role, you will work closely with software developers both within and outside the team, as well as with colleagues who specialize in sensor technology and other related areas. Your work will involve developing software for signal processing and sensor calibration within a complex system, analyzing and troubleshooting in simulations, test rigs, and test vehicles, and collaborating with team members across different domains to drive progress and ensure high-quality results.

You will get to learn:

• Perception sensors (e.g. camera, lidar, radar)
• Nvidia DRIVE, Qualcomm, Ambarella or similar
• Automotive platforms (e.g. Nvidia DRIVE, Qualcomm, Ambarella)
• Complex systems development
• CI/CD and cloud technology
• Automotive and safety-critical expectations
• Working with test-rigs in a lab
• Driving test trucks and getting a truck driver’s license
