We are looking for a Change management.
In this role, you will coordinate supplier onboarding and manage communication, training, and support for suppliers during the transition from the current Supplier Portal to the new platform. You will conduct supplier surveys to gather insights on current platform usage, which will help segment suppliers and plan the transition timeline and approach. You will also develop and deliver general communication to suppliers, explaining the reasons for the change, the timeline, and the transition process.
The role includes assessing training needs for suppliers, creating training materials such as written guides and video tutorials, and publishing and maintaining this content throughout the transition. Additionally, you will support existing suppliers in onboarding to the new portal and assist new suppliers during their onboarding process.
Qualifications:
- You have the ability to communicate clearly to large, global groups.
- You have an understanding of procurement processes and data flows.
- You have experience in supplier communication and training, which is highly valued.
