We are looking for a Data Engineer.

We are looking for a hands-on Data Engineer to join the Customer Analytics department within the Analytics team of about 40 engineers. You will work in a business-agile product team, taking ownership of deliveries and contributing to both the Analytics organization and your scrum team.

The role focuses on designing, building, and integrating data solutions using Azure Data Factory and Databricks in close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. You will develop scalable and secure data pipelines, write complex queries, and optimize data structures for performance and efficiency. Responsibilities also include managing technical debt, performance improvements, and platform and FinOps monitoring.

You will work closely with solution designers and other engineers to ensure effective, sustainable solutions, participate in code reviews, mentor colleagues, and escalate blockers to the scrum master. Collaboration with business stakeholders is key to aligning technical solutions with operational needs.

Additionally, you will design and develop Power BI dashboards that enhance decision-making and process efficiency. The work is primarily cloud-based, with Microsoft Azure as the main platform.

Qualifications:

• You have strong skills in integrating data from various sources using Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
• You are proficient in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-scale ETL/ELT pipelines.
• You have experience in data modeling and can design efficient and scalable data structures.
• You have worked with Microsoft Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, and data warehouse solutions.
• You are capable of designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards.
• You are fluent in both Swedish and English.
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• You have a minimum of 3 years experience in Data Engineering.
