Assignment Description

We are seeking a project leader to work on site full-time, driving industrialisation initiatives and coordinating cross-functional work. The role includes end-to-end project leadership with planning, milestone follow-up, budget oversight, team motivation, stakeholder communication, investment management, and ensuring capacity and quality readiness for upcoming production needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Technical higher education in production engineering, automation, or equivalent experience
• Experience in project management and industrialisation projects
• Knowledge of automation and manufacturing processes
• Experience with equipment procurement (RFQ, FAT, SAT)
• Understanding of lean principles and change management
• Fluency in Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Two to five years of relevant experience

Strong communication skills, an independent and solution-oriented approach, and the ability to create structure in collaborative environments are valuable for this assignment.
