Assignment Description

We are looking for a Release Train Engineer.

In this role, you will help secure smooth delivery by facilitating and optimizing flow, monitoring backlogs and capacity, and removing obstacles that slow down progress. You coach teams in lean-agile principles, enabling a culture of learning, innovation, and high engagement.

You identify risks and capacity constraints early and take action to keep the train moving in the right direction. Collaboration is central, and you work closely with STEs, Scrum Masters, and Line Management to ensure alignment and effective communication. You also drive continuous improvement by refining workflows, strengthening ways of working, and sharing best practices across the organization.
