Assignment Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to improve and support production processes in a foundry environment. In this role you will work closely with operators and leaders, optimize production flows, and resolve process-related issues. The role requires daily onsite presence and the ability to work independently while clearly communicating technical guidance to others.

Required qualifications:

• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Two to five years of relevant experience
• Ability to work independently with general supervision, manage difficult problems, and influence others through clear explanation of facts, policies, and practices
