Assignment description

We are looking for a senior Project Manager to lead a major initiative to harmonize spare parts and asset data across several business areas within a large industrial organization. The goal is to establish common standards, strong governance and a shared data warehouse for a significant asset portfolio.

You will lead the project from early concept through implementation, including development of standardized data models, data warehouse design and data migration. The role requires strong stakeholder management and the ability to guide cross-functional teams in both IT and business to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.

Required Competencies

• You are a senior Project Manager with strong experience delivering complex IT/data projects.
• You have deep understanding of data governance, data warehousing, asset/spare parts management.
• You have proven ability to manage large stakeholder landscapes in global or multi-unit organizations.
• You have strong facilitation, communication, and change management capabilities.
• You have experience with application development/implementation methodologies.
• You have a cybersecurity-aware mindset, able to lead risk assessments and ensure compliance.
• Experience in the energy sector is an advantage.
