Assignment Description
We are seeking an Integration / Business Analyst for a modern Integration Platform that supports digital retail operations and enables consistent, reliable connections between core components and surrounding business systems. In this role, you help shape the integration approach, contribute to the platform’s evolution, and promote the use of contemporary integration practices. The assignment requires physical presence on-site two to three days per week.
You perform well in a fast-moving environment, bring clarity to complex situations, make informed decisions, and encourage others to follow structured ways of working.
As an Integration / Business Analyst, you analyze and define operational needs to ensure integrations support business processes effectively. You collect and refine requirements, map and improve workflows, and translate business expectations into actionable specifications for development teams. The role involves continuous collaboration with stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams to secure solutions that meet operational goals. Responsibilities include leading requirement discussions, facilitating alignment activities, using insights to refine needs, and supporting backlog clarity within an Agile setup.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in gathering requirements and translating them into clear specifications
- Ability to map, analyze, and improve business processes
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including leading workshops and discussions
- Knowledge of Agile ways of working and maintaining structured backlogs
Language requirement: Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
