Assignment description

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to support a major transformation programme and drive quality across a new large-scale platform implementation. In this role, you will provide expertise in test automation, performance testing and migration testing, while also mentoring other testers to ensure efficient and structured QA practices. You will work hands-on with integration testing, build automation capabilities, and collaborate closely with product owners, architects, tech leads and other stakeholders. The assignment requires strong QA leadership, the ability to work independently, and a solid understanding of how to secure quality in a complex, multi-team environment.

• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and you are structured with excellent attention to detail.
• You have experience working with complex systems or large-scale projects, and are comfortable in fast-paced environments.
• You are confident in stakeholder communication and have the ability to navigate across multiple teams and domains.
• You are able to work both independently and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• You are proactive, take initiative, and can define and drive tasks even when the starting point is unclear.
• You have several years of experience as a QA Engineer.
• You have experience from large organisations or initiatives with complex integrations.
• You have a solid technical background, either through education or hands-on work as a developer or tester.
• You have experience with mainframe systems such as AS-400 (a plus).
• You have knowledge of the custody domain (an advantage).
