Assignment description 

For this assignment we are looking for a Senior Backend Programmer with a passion for designing and implementing online services that will support today’s and tomorrow’s games.

Our client is looking for a programmer with broad experience in both designing and implementing scalable, resilient and performant backend solutions using cloud services. In this role as a Senior Backend Programmer you will get to design and develop backend services for their upcoming next generation games.

Today their team consists of over 20 different nationalities, which makes English their office language.

Requirements:

• Professional backend programming in Go (Golang) for games, at least for 5 years
• Solid experience with cloud services
• Strong experience with database and cache solutions like SQL/NoSQL and Redis
• Experienced in asynchronous programming
• Good collaboration skills
• Fluent in English, spoken and written (Swedish is not a requirement)

It is a bonus if you also have experience with:

• Microservices
• Unity
• Data Engineering

Start date is flexible, but preferably as soon as possible.
