Assignment description

We are looking for a senior data engineer/data analyst with solid expertise in Snowflake and dbt.

The role focuses on understanding business needs and translating them into robust data models, efficient pipelines, and valuable BI insights using a modern stack that includes AWS S3, Snowflake, dbt, and Power BI.

The assignment includes taking over and leading ongoing data engineering and analytics initiatives, as well as driving the development of new data solutions. You will be responsible for building and maintaining data models and data flows in Snowflake using dbt, developing reports and dashboards in Power BI, and enhancing data pipelines leveraging microservices and AWS S3. Working closely with business architects, you ensure that data models accurately reflect core business processes and that data from multiple sources is collected, structured, and harmonized into coherent and actionable datasets.

Qualifications:

• You have strong, hands-on experience with Snowflake and dbt
• You have solid background in data engineering, data modeling, and BI delivery.
• You have experience with AWS S3 and Power BI or similar tools.
• You have the ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
• You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
