Assignment description

We are looking for a senior Test Lead with deep experience in mutual fund trading within Lumera. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality fund-execution functionality by creating, structuring, and documenting test cases, as well as coaching teams to improve their test practices in Jira (XRAY).

You will bridge the gap between existing fund-trading knowledge and how these flows work in Lumera by initially writing and executing test cases yourself, then supporting others to take ownership. The assignment involves close collaboration with Lumera experts, automation engineers, and business stakeholders to strengthen test structure, clarify flows, and ensure alignment with the overall test strategy.

This role requires someone who can step in as an expert from day one.

Qualifications:

• You have deep experience of Lumera and its fund trading module.
• You have strong experience in writing and managing test cases in Jira (XRAY) or similar test management tools.
• You have proven ability to teach and coach others through hands-on, practical guidance.
• You have a strong understanding of how test cases should be structured to enable automation.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English

Meriting:

• Experience supporting teams during transitions to new core systems.
• Ability to visualise and map fund execution flows to support testing and automation.

You have excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build trust and help others feel confident when adopting new tools and processes. You bring a proactive and collaborative mindset, combined with strong problem-solving skills that enable you to work hands-on in a complex transformation environment. You are comfortable stepping into an expert role and guiding colleagues who may be less familiar with Lumera, ensuring clarity and confidence throughout the process.
