Assignment description

We are looking for a Monitoring Manager to join a newly formed Incident Management team responsible for major incidents in a mission-critical workshop system. In this role, you strengthen monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure early detection of issues and efficient incident handling. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams and other stakeholders to improve observability and system reliability. The role also includes acting as Incident Manager in a scheduled 24/7 on-call rotation, leading communication and resolution during critical incidents, as well as driving continuous improvement through root cause analysis and follow-up activities.

Qualifications:

• You have experience as Incident manager.
• You have experience with Datadog or comparable monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus).
• You are able to work OnCall with 24/7 support on a scheduled rotation.
• You are fluent in English and Swedish.
