Assignment description

We are looking for an Incident Manager to take a key role in coordinating and resolving major software and system issues in a business-critical environment.

When the system is unavailable, operations come to a halt, which has a direct impact on both the organisation and its end users. In this role, you manage the full lifecycle of critical incidents while also working proactively to prevent disruptions, strengthen processes, and improve overall service reliability. You will collaborate closely with DevOps, development teams, support functions and engineering to ensure high availability, stability and a strong user experience.

Your responsibilities include leading incident resolution from detection to closure, prioritising and escalating issues when needed, and ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders, including end customers. You also perform root cause analysis, facilitate lessons-learned activities, and contribute to continuous improvements within incident and problem management.

Qualifications:

  • You have Incident Manager experience.
  • You are able to work on-call with 24/7 support on a scheduled rotation.
  • You are fluent in English and Swedish.

Meriting:

  • Knowledge about electrical system and/or embedded systems in vehicles.
  • Software development
  • Problem Manager, Assignment Leader or similar experience.
