Assignment Description

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer.

• Advocate for and implement security best practices within ALM platforms and tooling.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration for optimal security solutions.
• Develop, document, and standardise secure infrastructure and software protocols.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in relevant technologies.
• Coach and guide the team and work with our Product Owners to prioritise backlogs.
• Identify improvement needs in internal working methods and tools and evaluate new ones for effective IT development.
• Operationally support business development teams using development platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
• On-board and train new users and offer support with customisation and configuration of existing tools.

Qualifications:

• You have minimum five years of relevant work experience, ideally focusing on ALM.
• You have an academic degree in system development or equivalent.
• You have previous experience in coaching and leading technical teams.
• You have good knowledge and experience in Microsoft products like TFS, AzureDevOps, AWS Azure or similar.
• You have good understanding of DevOps principles and a lean-agile mindset.
• You have fluency in English; Swedish is a plus.
• You have exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
• You have exemplary attention to detail.
• You have the ability to work harmoniously in a team as well as independently.
• You have a proactive attitude and resilience to tackle complex challenges.
