Assignment description

We are looking for an experienced Business Architect to help shape an enterprise-wide view of the product development landscape. In this role, you will clarify the current and future state of the business architecture, define target scenarios, and ensure alignment between processes, capabilities, data, and governance. The assignment is linked to an internal support tool used to monitor the product development process, where you will help position the tool within the broader enterprise ecosystem.

You will create and communicate architectural models, support strategic decision-making, and identify gaps and improvement opportunities. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across the organization and acting as a trusted advisor on long-term direction, structure, and change initiatives.

Qualifications:

• You have several years of experience as Business Architect, Enterprise Architect, or similar strategic architectural role.
• You have strong ability to visualize and communicate complex structures in a simple and compelling way.
• You have proven experience in modelling business capabilities, information flows, and processes.
• You have the ability to “paint the future”; create target architectures and practical transition paths.
• You have experience working in large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• You have strong facilitation skills and ability to bring clarity in ambiguous environments.
• You are fluent in English and/or Swedish.
