Assignment Description

We are seeking a Senior Data and Business Analyst to support a large-scale initiative within the banking sector, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and delivery support. You will contribute by ensuring that data is correct, reliable, and fit for purpose throughout the development lifecycle, while working closely with IT developers and data-related teams. The role involves hands-on work with collecting, validating, and analyzing data across different business contexts, as well as verifying that data solutions meet both business needs and regulatory expectations.

A key part of the assignment is to support development teams through analysis, documentation, and clarification of requirements, while also taking part in testing activities to confirm that implemented solutions function as intended. You will produce clear reports and insights for stakeholders, identify patterns and trends in large data sets, and collaborate with data warehouse teams to support stable and accurate data flows. The work is carried out in a structured and security-focused environment where attention to detail, compliance awareness, and the ability to work under time constraints are essential.

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience working with data analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Python
• Experience producing visual data outputs and reports aimed at business users
• Good understanding of data modeling concepts and general data management practices
• Previous work in environments with strict security standards and regulatory constraints
• Ability to communicate effectively in both Danish and English, verbally and in writing
• Experience working closely with IT developers and in cross-functional team settings
• Professional background from Life & Pension or the wider financial services industry

It is considered an advantage if you have experience working with Plexus, practical experience with Python scripting, or familiarity with Microsoft Fab.
