Assignment Description
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate the establishment of monitoring capabilities for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environments. The assignment focuses on implementing monitoring using Application Insights and Log Analytics in close collaboration with a system integrator and internal IT stakeholders. The objective is to ensure full monitoring coverage is in place ahead of go-live, including configuration and validation of telemetry, development of alerting logic using KQL, and the creation of operational standard operating procedures. The role requires strong technical coordination to ensure monitoring, alerting, and operational readiness are aligned with platform needs. The assignment requires onsite presence in Copenhagen two to three days per week.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a Technical Project Manager within IT or system implementation initiatives
- Practical experience with Azure Monitor, including Application Insights and Log Analytics
- Experience working with monitoring and telemetry for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with technical stakeholders such as system integrators and internal IT teams
- Experience defining, validating, and implementing telemetry and alerting logic using KQL
- Fluency in Swedish, Danish, or English
It is considered meritorious if you have experience with deploying alerts through DevOps pipelines, documenting and maintaining operational SOPs, and working with structured operational monitoring practices in complex enterprise environments.
